I don't know about you, but I've been waiting patiently for that pesky hallowe'en holiday to be over and done with already, so that it would be safe to talk about - *whispers* - Christmas. As a small bussiness owner, I've been in Christmas Mode for a few months already and it's been hard not to give in to temptation and indulge the Christmas Excitement.
However, as a young person, living in London, (and a small business owner too) I'm all-too aware that Christmas is a time for spending money, which can sometimes be haard to come by when your rent is as high as mine! Without the joys of the student overdraft and the luxury of living at home this year, I know I will have to be frugal - or at least excercise some self restraint. Every year, I write myself a big long list of all the people I'll be buying gifts for this year and an idea of my budget for them, but it tends to get confusing, messy, and lost amongst all the other pages of my notebooks.
So this year, I decided to draw up a very very orderly and organised list, with columns for recipients, budget, ideas for what to buy (or make!) and a section to check off whether they are bought and wrapped, and I decided to make it pretty and share it with you guys too! I know how much we all love a bit of list-making.
All you need to do is follow the link to the download, download the planner, print it (it's sized to fit an A4 page) and fill it up with gift ideas for your mum, your bff - even your dog! It will work in greyscale, too, if you want to save on ink. This years gifts are guaranteed to be planned and purchased on time, in beautiful wrapping - and with nobody accidentally forgotten! I might even include a budget for some extra-special Christmas decorations I have my beady eye on this year, now that I have a flat to put them up in!
